# Yenmo

> Yenmo ("The Good Loan Company") lets investors in India borrow against their mutual funds and shares without selling them. Yenmo Technologies Pvt Ltd is a loan service provider: loans are sanctioned and disbursed by its RBI-regulated lending partner, Bajaj Finance Ltd.

## Key facts (as of October 2026)

- Interest rate: 9.89% to 10.49% p.a., set by the sanctioned amount (9.89% for ₹2 crore and above; 10.49% for ₹25,000 to ₹2 lakh). Bajaj Finance's loan terms allow up to 11% p.a.; no loan through Yenmo is currently priced above 10.49%.
- Interest is charged only on the amount withdrawn. Interest-only, no EMI.
- Loan amount: from ₹25,000, up to ₹5 crore online. Minimum withdrawal: ₹500.
- Tenure: 3-year credit line.
- Annual or renewal fee: ₹0 on any Bajaj Finance loan processed through Yenmo.
- Foreclosure, prepayment and part-payment charges: ₹0.
- Processing fee: ₹1,649 + GST, one-time (covers stamp duty and the first pledge and unpledge).
- No minimum credit score required.
- Loan-to-value: up to 50% on equity mutual funds; up to 90% on liquid funds; typically 70% to 80% on other debt funds.
- What can be pledged: mutual funds held with CAMS or KFintech, mutual funds in demat (Zerodha, Groww, Upstox and other brokers) and listed shares, all in one loan account with one limit. For demat holdings, start by writing to support@yenmo.in; the rest is digital with no forms.
- Application takes 5 to 7 minutes.
- Backed by Y Combinator (W24). AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, ARN 361524.
