When more than one lender can offer you a loan, this is the order you see them in, and why.
Lenders appear in alphabetical order (A to Z) of their registered name. That is the only rule. Nothing about an offer moves a lender up or down the list, and a lender cannot pay to be shown first.
If a lender cannot make you an offer, it is still shown in its usual place, marked unavailable, along with the reason.
Your credit limit with each lender is calculated from your mutual fund portfolio, using that lender's own approved fund list and loan-to-value ratios. Yenmo does not adjust the result. An offer is available when both of these are true:
So that offers can be compared fairly, each one shows the lender's name, credit limit, interest rate, Annual Percentage Rate (APR), tenure, maximum monthly interest, processing fee, annual maintenance charge and penal charges. Each offer also links to the lender's Key Fact Statement and its schedule of fees and charges, where the lender provides them.
Yenmo never chooses for you. We do not pre-select a lender or label any offer as recommended or best. Each lender's own consents are asked for only after you have selected that lender.
Any change to how offers are matched, ordered or shown will be published on this page before it takes effect. If you have a question about an offer or this page, write to us at support@yenmo.in.
